Description

Obaproof Skim Coat 165 Base is a ready mixed mortar formulation of cement, limestone powder, graded silica sand, and chemical additives. It is specially developed to give a whiter and brighter surface by patching up pinholes and uneven surfaces in the wall and ceiling. Obaproof Skim Coat 165 Base normally used as a base coat together with Obaproof Skim Coat 168 Finish a much smoother surface finish.

Preparation

The substrate must be clean, free of dust, oil grease, etc. If an uneven surface with depth difference more than 5mm, a mortar plaster is recommended to be used.
