ONLINE PURCHASES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Online purchases with tax invoice can be returned in-store.
TNT does not offer a refund or exchange on the following items:
- Cement or cementitious products
- Construction steel bars or industrial metal products
- Timber, and related products
- Selected shelf-life products
- Special order or custom-made products
- Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request
- Tinted paint (if you change your mind on the colour)
Please be advised that due to its product quality, use requirements, shelf life, expiry time, storage condition and other similar characteristics there are goods / products which are specifically not returnable & refundable. Per product / good can differ accordingly. We are taking this great measure to provide all consumers with the highest quality of goods / products.
Return or Exchange of Faulty Goods
In the event of faulty or damaged goods, you are entitled to more than just the manufacturer’s warranty. Both TNT Suppliers and their partners guarantee the acceptable quality of each product. If there is a major defect, you have the right to a refund or replacement. For less significant issues, you can choose between repair or replacement if the goods don’t meet quality standards.
Large Item Return Policy
Due to shipping costs, large items are subject to a different return policy. All freight deliveries are thoroughly inspected for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. Freight or transportation fees cannot be refunded. If goods are damaged or faulty upon arrival, this must be noted on the delivery receipt and the shipment should be refused, ensuring that the freight fees are not your responsibility. To expedite the refund process, report any delivery issues as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the actual freight costs if:
- You miss the scheduled delivery date
- You return or refuse a non-defective, undamaged item
Since freight charges for large items can vary, please confirm details with us beforehand.
Restocking Fees
To maintain low prices, a restocking fee may be charged in certain situations. A 15% fee will apply in the following instances:
- Non-defective products returned in a clearly used or damaged condition
- Orders refused without prior authorization
- Products returned more than 7 days after receipt (Note: late returns may be rejected unless pre-approved)
- Returns not related to product defects, damages, or shipping errors
Refunds will be issued to the original account used for purchase. Purchases made with TNT Suppliers Gift Cards are not eligible for return but can be exchanged for the same product.
After 7 days, items bought from TNT Suppliers are no longer covered by our Return Policy. Instead, they fall under the warranty provided by the manufacturer, and most can be repaired at an Authorized Service Centre.
